OHIP Covered Services
The Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) pays for a wide range of health care services. It pays for most basic medical and emergency services. It can pay for all or part of the cost. There are some services that OHIP does not pay for.
Uninsured Services
Ontario’s Health Insurance Plan (OHIP), does not pay for some administrative services and some medical procedures as deemed unnecessary by OHIP and are therefore considered uninsured. It is CASSANDRA CLINIC policy that these services are billable directly to the patient upon the receipt of the service.
